Financial Policy We want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care when you need it. We are committed to helping every patient clearly understand his or her treatment before leaving our office and have all questions, whether financial or treatment-related, answered to their satisfaction. Because we want all our patients to be comfortable with the investment in their oral health, we offer several different payment options which include: Cash, Checks, most major Credit Cards Insurance At your first visit, we will ask for your current insurance information. We may ask you to confirm this information at subsequent visits, so we can remain up-to-date and fully informed to serve you. We are happy to file claims to your insurance carrier(s). We will do our best to estimate how much your insurance company will pay. Based on this estimate, we will ask you to pay the estimated remaining portion for services rendered at the time of treatment. You are ultimately responsible for all charges incurred, regardless of insurance coverage. 5% Cash Discount Patients who choose to prepay in full for procedures of $500 or more will receive a 5% cash discount. Payment Plan We offer a four payment option (with signed agreement form) for endodontic (root canal), crown and bridge, implant, and denture treatment. Your first payment is due at the time of treatment. The following payments are made on specified dates with a credit card kept on file at our office. Our office will process your credit card on each date. CareCredit We are also partners with CareCredit, a healthcare treatment credit card which allows you to make low monthly payments to take care of your dental services. There are programs offered at no interest. We can help you set up a CareCredit account and explain the program. Also feel free to visit their website to learn more and apply online for a CareCredit account.
