I had not been to the dentist in years (10+) and was terrified about going to the dentist. I made that clear when I made the appointment. April was so warm and friendly when I walked in, she made me feel at home. Crystal (dental hygienist) was very kind and helped ease my fears by explaining exactly what she was doing before she did anything. She was very gentle in cleaning my teeth. It did not hurt at all. Dr. Fowler exhibited a manner of professionalism that helped me feel at ease. I had a few problems that will need attention, but he was not pushy about getting a great deal of work done right away. He explained what would need to be done and that they would set me up, "when I was ready". This was nice, because I felt that he was considerate and conscientious of the financial part of it. Most people are not that thoughtful. Overall, this was an outstanding experience and I am done hunting for a great dentist." Angie
